Domestic Shipments are currently free with purchases of $100 and above and, will ship USPS - shipping times range from 1-5 days depending on your location and distance from Los Angeles.  Handling times may vary from 2-5 days on top of delivery times.

International Shipments have several choices of delivery partners.  DHL is our preferred international shipping partner.  The delivery is very fast and fully trackable.  USPS is a more cost effective shipment but the delivery can take up to a month and will not be trackable once it hits it's target country.  If the price of shipping is cost prohibitive - please email us at info@east-west-shop.com and we will do what we can to help you out!

Returns 
We always want our customers to be happy with their purchase!  However we are a small business and can only accept exchanges and/or store credit.  If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations please contact us within 30 days to receive a return shipping label for your item to process an exchange.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
